Interior

On entering Casa Ava you will come across an indoor balcony. The entrance of the house is actually on the upper level of this 3leel home. On the left is the fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances. Beneath the balcony there is the living room that boasts an air-conditioning unit and a flat screen TV.

From the living room of Casa Ava there are steps that lead to the lower levels of this summer home. Here you will find the two bedrooms, with the double beds, both bathrooms that feature a shower. Closets and an air-conditioning unit are provided in both bedrooms.

Exterior

The living room of the summer home Casa Ava has direct access to a private veranda that offers an amazing uniterupted view of the Aegean Sea and the sandy beach of Glyfa in Paros that is only 80meters away. An outdoor lounge area with a bamboo sofa is provided in the veranda, which is an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the landscape.The kitchen of Casa Glyfari offers direct access both to a private gated patio located in the backyard of the property and to the shaded outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. Both spaces area also equipped with outdoor furniture.

Whereabouts

The summer home Casa Ava is located in the Glyfa Beach area of Paros. The location is ideal for exploring the whole island and especially some of the most scenic beaches of the island that are located on this side of Paros.

Another aspect that makes the location of Casa Glyfari so ideal is that even though it is located in a quite residential area it is also very easy to visit any of the major villages of the island, such as Parikia or Naoussa.

Access

Guests will enjoy complete and exclusive access to all areas of this home and its private terraces, during their stay.

You can therefore choose to relax indoors or outdoors and enjoy the fantastic views in full comfort, at any time.

Getting Around:

We strongly recommend using a vehicle, rented or privately-owned, to enjoy the island of Paros to its fullest potential.

Taxis could also be utilised, though may be scarce at times during specific parts of the season. In general, enjoying full travel independence either way, is a known ingredient in order to have a fantastic time in Paros.

Important Notes

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the accommodation:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). Also, a short-term rental agreement must be signed as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
• This accommodation’s refurbishment and interior design was constructed utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect it accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. If the deposit held does not cover these, we will claim additional charges.
• A range of services can also be arranged on request: Daily cleaning and/or cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.
