On entering Casa Glyafri you will come across an open plan living space that includes a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. The living room boasts an indoor fireplace, an air-conditioning unit and a flat screen TV.

From the living room of Casa Glyfari there are steps that lead to the lower level of this holiday home. Here, you will encounter two bedrooms – one furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom that features a shower, and a laundry area equipped with a washing machine. Closets and an air-conditioning unit are provided in both bedrooms.

Exterior

The living room of the holiday home Casa Glyfari has direct access to a private veranda that offers an amazing uniterupted view of the Aegean Sea and the sandy beach of Glyfa in Paros that is just a 5 minute walk away. The veranda is equipped with an outdoor dining table, an outdoor lounge area with a sofa, an ideal spot to relax and just enjoy the landscape. The kitchen of Casa Glyfari offers direct access to a private gated patio located in the backyard of the property. Outdoor furniture is also provided in this space.

Whereabouts

The holiday home Casa Glyfari is located in the Glyfa Beach area of Paros. The location is ideal for exploring the whole island and especially some of the most scenic beaches of the island that are located on this side of Paros.

Another aspect that makes the location of Casa Glyfari so ideal is that even though it is located in a quite residential area it is also very easy to visit any of the major villages of the island, such as Parikia or Naoussa.

Access

Guests will enjoy complete and exclusive access to all areas of this home and its private terraces, during their stay.

You can therefore choose to relax indoors or outdoors and enjoy the fantastic views in full comfort, at any time.

We strongly recommend using a vehicle, rented or privately-owned, to enjoy the island of Paros to its fullest potential.

Taxis could also be utilised, though may be scarce at times during specific parts of the season. In general, enjoying full travel independence either way, is a known ingredient in order to have a fantastic time in Paros.

Important Notes

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the accommodation:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). Also, a short-term rental agreement must be signed as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
• This accommodation’s refurbishment and interior design was constructed utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect it accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. If the deposit held does not cover these, we will claim additional charges.
• A range of services can also be arranged on request: Daily cleaning and/or cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.
