Casa Avari is a beach house in Paros just a five minute walk from the sandy beach of Glyfa. It’s location is ideal for those wanting to explore Paros Island while also being able to relax and enjoy the magnificent view of the Aegean Sea from the privacy of your own veranda.

Casa Avari is a combination of Casa Ava and Casa Glyfari available for rent that can accommodate up to 8 guests.

Casa Glyfari boasts two bedrooms on the lower ground floor, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The open plan living space found on the ground floor includes a living room, dining area and kitchen.

Casa Ava boasts two bedrooms with double beds. The first is located in the ground floor and the second is located on the lower ground floor.The entrance of the house is actually on the upper level of this 3level home. On the left is the fully equipped kitchen with electrical appliances. Beneath the kitchen indoor balcony there is the living room that boasts an air-conditioning unit and a flat screen TV.

The outdoor spaces of this Paros beach house will leave you spoilt for choices.

The living room of the holiday home Casa Glyfari has direct access to a private veranda that offers an amazing uniterupted view of the Aegean Sea and the sandy beach of Glyfa in Paros that is just a 5 minute walk away. The veranda is equipped with an outdoor dining table, an outdoor lounge area with a sofa, an ideal spot to relax and just enjoy the landscape. The kitchen of Casa Glyfari offers direct access to a private gated patio located in the backyard of the property. This space is also equipped with outdoor furniture.

Casa Ava outdoor spaces are similar to Casa Glyfari. The only difference is the direct access to an shaded outdoor BBQ area equipped with an outdoor kitchen.

Whereabouts

The beach house  Casa Avari is located in the Glyfa Beach area of Paros. The location is ideal for exploring the whole island and especially some of the most scenic beaches of the island that are located on this side of Paros.

Another aspect that makes the location of Casa Avari so ideal is that even though it is located in a quite residential area it is also very easy to visit any of the major villages of the island, such as Parikia or Naoussa.

Access

Guests will enjoy complete and exclusive access to all areas of this house and its private terraces, during their stay.

You can therefore choose to relax indoors or outdoors and enjoy the fantastic views in full comfort, at any time.

Getting Around:

We strongly recommend using a vehicle, rented or privately-owned, to enjoy the island of Paros to its fullest potential.

Taxis could also be utilised, though may be scarce at times during specific parts of the season. In general, enjoying full travel independence either way, is a known ingredient in order to have a fantastic time in Paros.

Important Notes

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the accommodation:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). As required by the current Greek law under the Greek taxation system, it is mandatory to sign a short-term rental agreement. We will not allow guests to check in if they do not satisfy this requirement.
• This accommodation’s refurbishment and interior design was constructed utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect it accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. If the deposit held does not cover these, we will claim additional charges.
• A range of services can also be arranged on request: Daily cleaning and/or cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.
