A very spacious and comfortable penthouse apartment on the top (5th) floor in the Athens Riviera; with exquisite uninterrupted 180ο views across the sea, marina and the island of Aegina. Large verandas surround the apartment and offer you the opportunity to enjoy those uninterrupted sea views of the Athenian coast and Piraeus from the front side, and of Mt Imitos from the back side while you delight in a good meal, some wine, or a cocktail. The penthouse is located across from the sea shore, within a residential area offering a vast number of entertainment and swimming / beach choices, all at walking distance.

The Penthouse

The penthouse has timber wood flooring throughout and boasts a large fireplace. It can cater up to 6 people and can be tailored to your needs to make use of one, two or three of its master bedrooms, one of which faces the sea directly. The views across the marina, sea and the blue horizon are just astonishing. The penthouse also includes a fourth large room/area with a mini-gym and an office/workstation, and off course, the large living room with the dining area and a large kitchen, all of which boast the uninterrupted views across the sea and coast. Moreover, the penthouse also has 2 bathrooms and 1 storage/washing machine room.

The Athens Riviera Penthouse, if needed, comes with 3 parking spots that are secure, covered and gated within the premises of the building, a secure safety door and has a videophone entry system installed. The geographical location of the property makes it an ideal choice for visiting the historical city of Athens with the vast archaeological sites and treasures at very close distance; while also enjoying the Athenian Riviera beaches, literally at your doorstep.

The Area

Furthermore, the area boasts a large number of cafes, fine restaurants as well as picturesque tavernas on the shore. A street market and a commercial high street market are all a 5-minute walk away. You have a choice of a number of beautiful beaches, all located just a short walk away. One of the largest and best marinas of the Athenian Riviera is located opposite the building; where yachts and cruisers can dock and are available for short term rentals; and there is the choice of many more marinas nearby. Road and public transport connections are excellent in all respects. There are direct bus links to the airport. The express route (very few stops) from Athens Airport to the Athenian coast stops a few metres from the penthouse.

There are also easy and direct transport links (literally outside or opposite the building) to the historical center of Athens; the Acropolis and the large number of archaeological sites and museums as well as all major routes in the Attica region and Piraeus, with its well-respected archaeological museum and major port leading to the wonderful world of the Aegean islands.

Transport links are literally outside the building and include choices between using a bus, the metro/underground (the only one being a few stops from the penthouse by bus and not right outside) as well as the picturesque tram which travels sea-side and allows a different journeying experience across the whole of the Athenian Riviera. The tram can lead you to Piraeus and other seaside Athenian Riviera suburbs, like the trendy upmarket areas of Glyfada, Vouliagmeni and Kavouri, hosting a number of exquisite restaurants and seaside clubs and generally a very vibrant and bussing nightlife.

Access:

Guests will have complete and exclusive access to all areas of the Athens Riviera Penthouse and the large balcony during their stay. You can choose to relax indoors in the living room or on the lush large veranda, at any time.

Important Notes:

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the Penthouse or its surrounding verandas:
  – Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  – Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport) and sign a short-term rental agreement as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
• Refurbished and interior designed with care utilising the finest materials, Ww expect you to respect the Penthouse accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held by Path Travel Designs, additional charges will be claimed.
• A range of services can also be arranged on request: Daily cleaning and/or cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.
