The Penthouse

The sea view penthouse in Athens has been remodeled and is situated on the 5th floor, which happens to be the highest floor in the building. It has a complete kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room. With a king-size bed, a sofa bed, and a fold-out bed, this apartment can comfortably accommodate up to five people. The living room, bedroom, and partly furnished veranda, featuring a patio table and two sunbeds, provide a fantastic and exceptional view of the sea.

Whereabouts

Casa Ala is situated in the neighborhood of “Kalamaki” or “Alimos”. One of the primary benefits of this area is its proximity to the seaside and beach. You can relish your coffee on the apartment’s veranda or go to one of the numerous cafes and beach bar-restaurants and sip your drink right on the sand. The neighborhood is connected to the city center via a bus (around 30 minutes) or a tram (approximately 45 minutes). Kalamaki is a comparatively calm and not as crowded tourist spot. The locality boasts a complete marketplace, including supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, laundries, and hairdressers. Across the street, there is a playground for our young guests. Moreover, the Alimos municipality, which is just a few meters away, offers bicycle rental services.

Access:

Guests will have complete and exclusive access to all areas of the sea view penthouse in Athens and the large balcony during their stay. You can choose to relax indoors in the living room or on the lush large veranda, at any time.

A host will welcome you upon check in and give you all the information you might need. If you need to ask about anything else throughout your stay, please do not hesitate to ask!

Important Notes:

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the Penthouse or its surrounding verandas:
  – Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  – Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport) and sign a short-term rental agreement as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. If guests fail to satisfy this requirement, they will not be able to check-in.
• Refurbished and interior designed with care utilising the finest materials, We expect you to respect the Penthouse accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. If the deposit held does not cover these charges, we will claim additional fees.
• A range of services can also be arranged on request: Daily cleaning and/or cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.
