The Apartment

The Tinos Casa Armao is a two bedroom Cycladic apartment with parking right outside the building is part of a building housing 3 holiday apartments. There is a walking path with steps directly from the house to the sea. The building is made up of 3 floors, this apartment is on the 2nd floor. Please note that other guests will use the stairs to access their apartments and pass by your terrace however, you also have the option of a fully private terrace off the master bedroom.

Like many traditional Greek villages walking up and down stairs is unavoidable but a fantastic way of keeping your figure while enjoying all that delicious Greek food!

Whereabouts

Casa Armaos in Tinos is located within the Panormos Bay. Just a two minute walk from the appartment is Panormos beach or take a quick trip to Rochari Beach only 5mins drive away. No need to ever leave with a multitude of dining options on your doorstep but if you do need more, ancient Pyrgos is only 10mins drive and home to tavernas, cafes, restaurants and renowned pizzeria Dough & Shaker, a supermarket, banks, the world famous Marble Art Museum and one of the prettiest village squares on the island.

Only 15mins to beautiful beaches at Isternia and Kardiani, spend your mornings on the beach and afternoons in the taverna – youre spoilt for choice!

Access

Guests will have complete access to all areas of the Casa Armao in Tinos during their stay.

You can therefore choose to relax indoors or outdoors, at any time.

Directions & Getting Around

We strongly recommend using a vehicle, rented or privately-owned, to enjoy the island of Tinos to its fullest potential.

Taxis could also be utilised, though may be scarce at times during specific parts of the season. In general, enjoying full travel independence either way, is a known ingredient in order to have a fantastic time in Tinos.

Important Notes

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the villa or its surrounding plot of land:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). A short-term rental agreement must be signed as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
• The apartments’s refurbishment and interior design was constructed utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect the apartment accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, additional charges will be claimed.
• A range of services can also be arranged on request: Daily cleaning and/or cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.

Booking terms:

• The security deposit is handed in cash upon arrival and returned in cash after villa inspection upon departure
• Upon booking confirmation, you will receive a detailed email with
  • all the necessary information (e.g. exact address/location of the property)
  • the contact information of your host on the island of Tinos.
