This stylish, light filled Cycladic beach house in a lovely old sea port of Tinos maintains a relaxed, beach vibe designed to quieten the soul. Marble clad floors are perfect for sandy, bare feet – leave your cares at home and feel free to relax here!

Interior

• 3 bedrooms: Fall asleep to the sound of waves crashing, each bedroom includes super comfy mattresses and high quality bed linens, ceiling fans, & plenty of space for your clothes and belongings in the double wardrobes.
  There are two European  Grand King size bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom has 2 European Queen size bunk beds designed for adults with incredible sea views
• Bathroom: Instagram worthy Modern Vintage Cycladic stone bathroom with overhead shower stocked with world famous Greek amenities from KORRES, and a hairdryer. Washing machine, iron and ironing board.
  
• Living space: Cook up delicious feasts in the fully equipped cook’s kitchen with electric cooktop and oven, Italian and Greek coffee makers and all the supplies you need to get started. Inside, your dining table seats up to 8 people or eat outside under a setting sun on the back patio with pergola. Big comfy sofas provide plenty of space for lolling about and taking siesta during the heat of the day. Kitchen includes a dishwasher.
  
• Careful of the environment, the very well insulated house is naturally cool in summer thanks to ceiling fans and cross breezes rather than energy consuming A/C and we provide filtered drinking water via 12 litre refillable drinking dispensers to reduce plastic consumption on the island.

Whereabouts

Bathe in azure seas, walk to the beach only 2 mins from your door or take a quick trip to Rochari Beach only 5mins drive away. No need to ever leave with a multitude of dining options on your doorstep but if you do need more, ancient Pyrgos is only 10mins drive and home to tavernas, cafes, restaurants and renowned pizzeria Dough & Shaker, a supermarket, banks, the world famous Marble Art Museum and one of the prettiest village squares on the island.

Access

Guests will have complete and exclusive access to all areas of the beach house / apartment in Panormos Tinos during their stay.

You can therefore choose to relax indoors in the living room, or on the outdoor terrace, at any time.

Note: There are 2 short flights of exterior stairs to reach the apartment.

Host Availability

Choosing to spend your holidays here is all about enjoying your vacation. We will be therefore welcome you on check in and give you all the information you might need.

If you need anything else throughout your stay, please do not hesitate to ask!

During your stay, a host will be available if and when needed.

We appreciate privacy and discretion as well-sought ingredients for relaxing and memorable holidays.

Directions & Getting Arround

We strongly recommend using a vehicle, rented or privately-owned, to enjoy the island of Tinos to its fullest potential.

Taxis could also be utilised, though may be scarce at times during specific parts of the season. In general, enjoying full travel independence either way, is a known ingredient in order to have a fantastic time in Tinos.

Important Notes

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the villa or its surrounding plot of land:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). A short-term rental agreement must be signed as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
• The villa’s refurbishment and interior design was constructed utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect the villa accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, additional charges will be claimed.
• A range of services can also be arranged on request: Daily cleaning and/or cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.

Booking terms:

• The security deposit is handed in cash upon arrival and returned in cash after villa inspection upon departure
• Upon booking confirmation, you will receive a detailed email with
  • all the necessary information (e.g. exact address/location of the property)
  • the contact information of your host on the island of Tinos.
