Getting Around

Kifisia is connected by a wide choice of public transportation routes that you can choose from. The railway, located in the original historic railway station of the area, connects you to the Athens city center, Piraeus Port as well as the newly-built subway/metro/undergound. There are plenty of busses that can take you to the northern Athenian suburbs, the Athens city center and even to the southern Athenian suburbs, with direct links to the brand-new Stavros Niarchos Foundation.

Athens International airport is only 30 min by car and about an hour on public transport – you can either use the metro and a bus, or change two busses in order to reach Kifisia.

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the flat or its surrounding verandas:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport) and sign a short-term rental agreement as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests cannot check in unless they satisfy this requirement.
• Refurbished and interior designed with care utilising the finest materials, We expect you to respect the apartment accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. We will claim additional charges if the deposit does not cover them.
