The aim was to create a stylish, minimal and relaxing environment that is much appreciated by Central Athens visitors. The Athens flat sits in short walking distance from Athens Victoria Metro station and the National Archaeological Museum of Athens.

Interior

The simple, yet elegantly comfortable design of Casa Victoria allows you to enjoy peace and tranquillity in this highly dense, noisy and busy urban environment of the city centre. It ultimately gives you a chance to enjoy a stylish dwelling while visiting.

The flat is located on the second floor and is accessible by both stairs and an elevator. It consists of a large living room with a dining area and a 40’’ smart flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, dishwasher, espresso machine and other amenities. The flat includes two large bedrooms (one of which boasts another 32’’ flat screen TV), a bathroom which also includes a washing machine, and a WC.

Bed linen, toiletries and towels are provided.

Air conditioning is offered in all rooms of the Athenian Flat.

A much needed strong WiFi connection is also offered, for free.

Whereabouts

The flat location is only a 3-minute walk from the Athens Victoria Square and Metro station. That allows rapid access to and from the Athens International Airport as well as most areas around the capital. This includes the Athens Riviera, the city and port of Piraeus and many more.

It is also only a 6-minute walk from the National Archaeological Museum of Athens and within walking distance from most if not all places of interest in the area known as the Historical Centre of Athens. The above make this cosy urban gem a highly sought-after abode for those wishing to be in the heart of the city. The wider area of the city centre offers an abundance of entertainment and gastronomical choices for all budgets and tastes.

A plenitude of cultural events, locations and monuments is also available for you to visit and enjoy.

Directions & Getting Around

Casa Victoria is located on a very central Athens spot, only a 3-minute walk from Victoria Square and the Victoria Metro station, and a very short walk from Patision Avenue and Alexandras Avenue, as well as the large municipal park ‘Pedion tu Areos’. This practically means one can walk or catch a bus, metro or taxi to most Central Athens locations.

There are also usually a number of taxis that can be hailed on in the street, as well as a number of public transport connections through busses, metro and trolleys that lead to, or connect to most destinations in Athens, as well as the rest of the municipality of Attica.

Access to and from the Athens ‘Eleftherios Venizelos’ International Airport is also fairly simple.

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the villa or its surrounding plot of land:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). Also a short-term rental agreement must be signed, as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
• Casa Victoria has been refurbished and interior designed utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect it accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, additional charges will be claimed.
