Casa Kypselaki is conveniently located close to many of central Athens’ most frequented professional hubs, as well as many historical areas of interest, sightseeing monuments, fun hubs & nightlife spots, yet mostly away from the intense hustle and bustle of more central Athens.

Interior

Entering Casa Kypselaki into a hallway you will have the dining area complete with a dining table for four, and the comfortable and stylish living room with a warm vintage feel overlooking the balcony, on your right.

The living room includes a sofa for 3/4 people, 2 armchairs, a glass coffee table, a table with a large lamp, air-conditioning and a Samsung 46” LED flat-screen TV with a DVD. Board games and certain DVDs are included for you to delve into it if you so wish.

Across the dining area is the kitchen, complete with a large fridge, ceramic stove, oven and all modern amenities as you can see on the amenities list. A hallway leads from the dining area to the bathroom and the two bedrooms, one including a king size bed and the other a double bed. A second small balcony overlooking the back of the building can be accessed through the kitchen and second bedroom, which includes a hanging/drying area for your clothes should you need to do any washing.

Kypseli is one of the most central and popular areas in the Athens region, with a large and rich history through the past century. It is now a densely populated ruban area right on the border with the more green and suburban northern parts of the city, which is graced by being next to one of Athens’ largest and greenest metropolitan parks, ‘Pedion tu Areos’, literally a few minutes walk away from Casa Kypselaki.

It is a central location providing easy access to many directions in and out of the central part of the city, as well as the suburbs surrounding it, both by foot and by car depending on the distance.

In fact, it is strategically located just a street away from Evelpidon Street, and the peripheral road that leads right into the Athens city centre on one end, and to the more upmarket and greener Northern and the Eastern parts of Athens and Attica on the other end. • We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the accommodation:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). Also, a short-term rental agreement must be signed as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
• This accommodation’s refurbishment and interior design was constructed utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect it accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, additional charges will be claimed.
