Interior

 This freshly refurbished lovely holiday home used to be a family summer house, hence its warm and comfy style and design with full attention to quality and detail. It has been interior-designed utilising soft warm colours and fusing local material and textures with modern elements.

On the lower floor you will find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upper floor includes an open-plan fully equipped kitchen complete with all modern amenities, a dining & living room, a third bathroom, and a wonderful balcony with superb direct & uninterrupted sea views of the Aegean Sea.

 Exterior

The maisonette Lyra boasts a lovely veranda complete with its own private sitting area, boasting direct uninterrupted views towards the turquoise blue and crystal-clear waters of the renowned Kalo Livadi beach.

This makes an ideal space for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying some wine, drinks and cocktails any time of the day, watching the colours alternate on the sea, sky and beach beyond.

Whereabouts

The Mykonean maisonette Lyra is only a short walk to the internationally celebrated Kalo Livadi beach.  The sandy beach and its spectacularly clear turquoise blue water, combined with the unique seaside gastronomical choices offered in Kalo Livadi are a combination you should certainly enjoy. Have some fantastic seaside nibbles with drinks and cocktails while enjoying the sea, sun and landscape at its finest.

For those opting for more privacy, the beach of Loulos, also at walking distance, is a totally ‘un-organised’ and unspoiled beach for you to revel in peace and quiet any time you wish.

Access

Guests will enjoy complete and exclusive access to all areas of the Mykonean maisonette and its private veranda during their stay.

You can therefore choose to relax indoors or outdoors and enjoy the fantastic views in full comfort and privacy, at any time.

Directions & Getting Around

We strongly recommend using a vehicle, rented or privately-owned, to enjoy the island of Mykonos to its fullest potential.

Taxis could also be utilised, though may be scarce at times during specific parts of the season. In general, enjoying full travel independence either way, is a known ingredient in order to have a fantastic time in Mykonos.

Important Notes

•  We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention; so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the maisonette:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). Also, a short-term rental agreement must be signed as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
• The maisonette’s refurbishment and interior design was constructed utilising the finest materials. We expect you to respect it accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, additional charges will be claimed.
• A range of services can also be arranged on request: Daily cleaning and/or cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.
• Upon booking confirmation, you will receive a detailed email with
