The Home

This cute Cycladic summer home includes a comfy living room with a large sofa, coffee table and 45” flat-screen TV and a dining area with a table for 6 next to the open plan kitchen.

This whole area enjoys full direct and unobstructed views towards the bay, sea and beach from the windows and double front porch door. Also included is 1 bedroom with a double bed, and one separate sleeping area for 2 more people next to the living room with two single bunk beds. The bathroom boasts a modern interior design and has a shower.

The outdoor veranda on the front porch is a lovely small space where you could enjoy your coffee, some nibbles, wine or a cocktail just gazing at the serene village life on the bay, where fishing boats come and go and locals enjoy their swim on the beach.

Whereabouts

The village of ‘Piso Livadi‘ (literally meaning ‘back field or grassland’) is a quaint cute little village on the more quiet side of the island of Paros, a typical place chosen by Greek and foreign families, couples, and those groups generally seeking to enjoy a more quiet time on the island, away from the hustle and bustle of the main towns and the port.

However, the cosmopolitan and very trendy areas of ‘Punda Beach’ and ‘Chrissi Akti’, a local and international hotspot for windsurfers and other water sports enthusiasts are just around the corner, only a short drive from the village of ‘Piso Livadi’, giving you with plenty of superb choices when it comes to enjoying local delicacies, swimming in the sea or engaging in various activities.

Access

Guests will have complete and exclusive access to all areas of Casa Nileas and the large balcony during their stay. You can choose to relax indoors in the living room or on the front veranda any time during your stay.

Directions & Getting Around

The house is is right on the marina of the Piso Livadi area.

A public bus runs a regular service to Parikia Port and other areas of the island. The itinerary can be provided at request. However, as it’s itinerary can often be infrequent, we recommend that you rent a car for the duration of your stay. This will enable you to experience the diverse beauty permeating the whole island of Paros, and discover its hideaways, magnificent contradictions and surprises.

Other things to Note

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law. During the following hours there should be no disturbing or excessive noise; coming from the maisonette or its surrounding plot of land:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport). Also a short-term rental agreement has to be signed as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
• Utilising the finest materials, this maisonette has been refurbished and interior designed with care. We expect you to respect the maisonette accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, any additional charges will be claimed.
• Upon request we can arrange for daily cleaning at an extra cost.
• A range of services can also be arranged on request: Daily cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.
