The Maisonette

This cosy maisonette includes an open plan living room and a kitchen with a dining area which leads out to a balcony on the ground floor. The kitchen includes a fridge, an oven, a stove, a kettle, as well as cutlery and crockery for you to easily prepare any meal at any time!

Casa ‘Olga’ includes 3 bedrooms in total. The master bedroom is located on the first floor, and comes with its own double bed, en-suite bathroom, and exclusive access to two balconies with some wonderful views across the village and the sea from the balconies, but also from its comfy double bed as well.

The other two bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor and benefit from their own bathroom.

The Casa ‘Olga’ boasts balconies, it offers plenty of outdoor sitting areas which can become your own relaxing temple on those bright sunny mornings to enjoy a continental breakfast with a strong cup of coffee and/or on those dusky chillaxed afternoons when colors merge in the sky and create a different palette every day, especially for you.

The Area

Naoussa is a picturesque yet vibrant traditional seaside village in the heart of Paros Island, renowned for its magnificent beaches, gourmet food and vibrant nightlife. Close but also far enough (a short 15-min drive) from the buzzing port of Parikia, it is a place to relax and enjoy the local culture, but also the vibrant nightlife it offers. The house is situated in the beginning of the traditional settlement of this world-renowned cosmopolitan village and is only few minutes away from the seafront!

The Cycladic maisonette is just a short 5 minute walk from the picturesque bay of Naoussa and the breathtaking Venetian Castle. There is a boat service to the beaches of Kolybithres and Monastery. A simple internet search will reveal their beauty. And that is just two of the many choices of crystal clear Cycladic beaches on offer! The bus and taxi station are easily accessible from the maisonette. If you are an explorer with a heart for adventure, you can always rent a car or a motorbike to discover the other hidden gems on the island. We are always available to advise on where those hidden gems are!

Important Notes:

• We would kindly ask that you respect the neighbours at all times. We urge your attention to the following ‘quiet hours’ enforced by law; during which you must pay special attention so that there is no disturbing or excessive noise coming from the maisonette or its surrounding verandas:
  • Summer quiet hours (Apr.1-Sep30): 3PM-5.30PM & 11PM-7AM
  • Winter quiet hours (Oct.1-Mar.31): 3.30PM-5.30PM & 10PM-7.30AM
• Upon arrival guests must display a valid form of identification (ID or passport) and sign a short-term rental agreement as required by current Greek law under the Greek taxation system. Guests will not be able to check in if this requirement is not satisfied.
• Refurbished and interior designed with care utilising the finest materials, We expect you to respect the maisonette accordingly. Any damages will incur the relevant charges. In case these are not covered by the deposit held, additional charges will be claimed.
• A range of services can also be arranged on request: Daily cleaning and/or cooking staff, assistance regarding use of the facilities, Transportation & Chauffeur Services, Boat Charters and Trips and other Tailor Made Services. Please just ask.
